Butch Williams has brought his famous barbecue sauce, Carolina Sunset, from a backyard weekend grilling sauce to a full-time catering service. It started out as a few friends coming over for chicken 'n ribs and someone always wanted to take some of the sauce home. Then he started receiving so many requests, that Butch had to install his own bottling system.

If you listened to the radio, you could find Butch serving tasty samples of "Carolina Sunset". It didn't take long for people to realize not only did Butch make a good sauce, but he did some mighty fine cooking too!

"Can you cook chicken like that for me?", that was the start of Carolina Sunset. As this site explains, you can have Carolina Sunset cook and serve any meal for your social gathering, party, or meeting.

Carolina Sunset has a sanitation grade of 102%, that shows the dedication of Butch and his staff.
